Tse-Ming, PANG, the Founder and Group Managing Director of EP Plus Group is man of vision.

With a steadfast conviction in Begin with the End in Mind, Tse-Ming set his career goals way ahead of completing his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Sciences Malaysia. With a clear vision of becoming the pharmacist entrepreneur, leading a regional healthcare corporation in enriching human health, he set sail in the pharmaceutical industry bringing leading European products into Malaysia. Having gained a solid foundation in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, Tse-Ming naturally expanded his business throughout Southeast Asia.

Transformational, Visionary & Passionate

On 1st July 1997, Tse-Ming founded Emerging Pharma, together with his wife Siew-Mee, LIM, the Co-founder and Director of Finance. He was propelled by his mindset To Be Different In Every Step Of The Way – his key differentiator. Hence, Emerging Pharma was incorporated to commercialise unique European pharmaceutical products to the local healthcare professionals, who were mostly trained under the British Medical Education system.

Over the past 25 years, Tse-Ming has been the key driver of EP Plus Group, transforming and unleashing the inner strength and potential of employees and cultivating a unique EP Plus culture, guided by a clear vision to be The Leading Healthcare Group in Southeast Asia.

By nature, Tse-Ming is a curious observant and humble learner. He will always ask ‘Why? I am not there yet and what is next?’ He exhibits thirst for learning and constantly spends time joining like-minded people to further develop, polish and acquire new skillsets.

From a pharmacist entrepreneur to an outcome-focused people-builder.

Tse-Ming’s business building philosophy has always been focusing on Building People as he believes that the success of the Group is defined by the level of competencies, growth mindset and a sense of ownership of fellow EPians.

Through his leadership, determination, clear purpose and unwavering support from Siew-Mee, Tse- Ming has shaped the EP Plus Group into an innovative, progressive and outcome-focused regional healthcare corporation with a strong sense of integrity.

The Group is built-to-last and meant to leave behind a legacy to inspire future entrepreneurs who are passionate about meeting healthcare needs.

Today, EP Plus Group has become a leading player in the healthcare industry with footprints throughout Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Siew-Mee is a Certified Financial Planner with over 10 years of experience as a Banker and brings with her a wealth of financial knowledge. She has been instrumental in establishing a sound position for EP Plus Group. Siew-Mee believes that the future success of EP Plus Group lies on the ability of the team to remain as an innovative powerhouse and a reliable partner to our principals and customers.

Great sense of business acumen and financial capability.

Together with Tse-Ming, she is the key person that has orchestrated a robust financial structure for the Group. A detailed and meticulous person, Siew Mee was the Master Builder behind the roller blind in developing a resilient foundation that has flourished the business in the early days.

Siew-Mee oversees the funding and cash flow requirements of the company. She guides efforts towards financial stability, ensures compliance with tax and legal standards and regulation and constantly maintains healthy relationships with bankers, principals, and communities.

Furthermore, Siew-Mee spearheads the risk management portfolio of the Group. She creates an environment of risk awareness amongst the employees, put in place preventive measures to reduce possibilities of adverse financial implication for the Group.

A strong believer that the company’s growth is intertwined with a solid financial infrastructure within the company, Siew-Mee is backed by a skilful, motivated and passionate finance team to bring EP Plus Group and its principals to the next level.
