Every year, we strive to provide the best clinically proven medical products that have greatly enhanced the lives of over 1.4 million patients across four countries – Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia., and the Philippines.

As we grow, so do the number of patients that we treat.

 

INVESTING IN OUR PEOPLE

MORE THAN 20,000 TRAINING HOURS INVESTED SINCE 2019.

In line with our Employer Brand Promise, we are committed to investing in EPians to be effective leaders.

Since 2019, we have invested more than 20,000 training hours in our employees through various development programmes that we have put in place such as Mercurie, Leadership Training Modules, and non-training development programmes, to name a few.

The programmes are conducted through our internal Learning and Development Team, Leadership Team, external consultants, and executive coaches.

We believe that by nurturing our EPians with the right mindset and behaviours, we are not only empowering them, but also building their roads to successes. With this steadfast belief, EP Plus Group sets aside approximately 3% of our Operating Expenses yearly for Learning and Development purposes.

NURTURING OUR COMMUNITY

ONE OF THE 1ST IN MALAYSIA TO FOCUS ON DEVELOPING THE FUTURE GENERATION

Cultivating A Growth Mindset in Our Young Generation.

Our community engagement initiative is conducted through EP Plus Group’s signature corporate social responsibility programme, BLOOM, that was established in 2017, where it has benefited more than 3,300 young members of the community.

Strategic collaborations were established with non-profit organisations such Generasi Gemilang and educational instiutions such UCSI, and IMU to help our future generation build the right foundation for their careers and lives. Numerous initiatives are conducted to shape their minds and equip them with fundamental knowledge to excel in life.

The programmes were organised and participated by EPians together with our partners. The platform also serves as an extension to our own learning and development modules, where EPians bring and transfer the knowledge that they have acquired to the community, through mentorship and educational classes and/or activities.
