KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop a holistic digital marketing strategy to improve the brand’s digital presence and generate revenue via online channels.
Implement, monitor and optimize digital initiatives including websites, social media marketing, digital ads, e-commerce marketplace marketing and email marketing.
Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis.
Collaborate with brand marketing managers to create engaging keyword optimized content that resonates with our target audience on different digital platforms.
Manage brand's digital assets and ensures that contents are up-to-date, fits the overall brand image, adheres to guidelines and best practices.
Report on online reviews and feedbacks to brand marketing managers and QA team.
Improve the journey of different customer life cycles and strategize how to bring them down the marketing funnel with the right channels and messaging.
Brainstorm, propose and test new channels to help achieve company KPIs.
Manage and work closely with external vendors and affiliates on digital projects.
Ensure marketing performances are tracked and data are collected.
Analyse, generate and present reports of campaign performances based on key metrics and propose next action plan to maximize efficiency and profitability.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
University degree - digital related
Deep understanding of marketing and the use of different digital channels
Solid understanding of different performance metrics and the use of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
Awareness of industry trends and best practices for a successful campaign
SKILLS
Ability to generate reports, analyse data and present useful insights.
Creative with a good design sense to give feedback on content materials.
Detailed oriented and organised to make sure timelines are met.
Team player with good oral and written communication skills.
Proficient with HTML, HTML 5, CSS and experience using WordPress as added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns via website, social media, digital ads etc.
Have experience tracking and analysing data on Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.
Proven experience in managing or setup an e-commerce platform is an added advantage (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
Familiar with common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok.
