Our Position Matrix is a system designed to define roles, develop career pathways, and set job levels in EP Plus Group. It includes a description of what someone in that role needs to do to fulfill that competency. Visualising job tracks this way helps give you a better understanding of what milestones you need to reach next.

Whereas a career path is a sequence of jobs that leads to your short and long-term career goals. In this path, your Leader-Manager will provide you with constructive feedback and guidance about your strengths, gaps, and clarify your career vision. This is to further develop your career based on your passion and strengths in EP Plus Group. Your career path could also go beyond the initial job/position that you are holding.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

WE PRACTICE MERITOCRACY, WHICH IS TO RECOGNISE AND REWARD EPIANS BASED ON PERFORMANCE.

A process by which Leader-Managers work together with their teams to plan, monitor, and review an EPian’s job outcomes to deliver an impactful contribution to the organisation. In EP Plus Group, each employee is evaluated based on two areas, namely the Key Performance Indicator and the Leadership Behavioural Expectations. This performance evaluation will be carried out twice a year.
