This position is responsible for helping the company brands by working on digital marketing campaigns. Your duties are to include performing market research, strategizing with each business unit marketing manager or brand product manager and creating/proposing content to aid in the success of digital marketing campaigns.
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Creates, and manage our social media presence.
- Creates, and manage ecommerce platforms like e-shops and marketplace an added advantage.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Follow the digital technology trends.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data.
- Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Commercial and trend awareness.
- Must have good design sense to oversee the ads material before send to KKLIU for approval.
- Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS an added advantage.
- Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications.
- Proven experience to manage or setup an ecommerce platform is an added advantage (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee).
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
- Experience delivering digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
- Familiar with common social media ads like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok.
- Experience in any Native ads like Dable and Outbrain an added advantage.
